Jenai A. Morehead is CEO and principal consultant at Foundation Consultants, established in 2006. Foundation Consultants is a firm that specializes in the capacity building of nonprofits, grant writing and providing nonprofit management and development training.
Training and Development
· Community Action Partnership of Riverside- Currently a trainer for the hosting community workshops in Nonprofit Development throughout Riverside County.
· Chaffey College- Currently an instructor for the Nonprofit Development Community Summer course 2011.
· Foundation Consultant Workshops- Monthly workshops on how to fill out the IRS federal application for nonprofits, grant writing courses and capacity building topics.
· Individual training and consulting with managers and CEO’s of boards who wish to develop and grow their nonprofits
· Instructor at Nehemiah Business School: A faith based business school established to train business owners. Successfully recorded 2 modules on nonprofit development that are currently being distributed to schools throughout the U.S.

Program Development
Since 1991 I have helped to develop nonprofits in the following programs:
· Successfully designed a women’s shelter program that was unique in the community for homeless women.
· Successfully worked with local banks to procure loan funds to purchase housing for non-profit projects.
· Work with auditors and staff of various nonprofits to complete necessary reporting and fiscal requirements and billing for reimbursements and draw downs.
· Assisting non-profits throughout the country with staff and volunteer training, working to increase their capacity and establishing new programs.
· Supervised housing programs and housing rehab under the H.O.M.E. act as a Community Housing Development Organization and assisted other organizations to do the same.
· Assisted in the remedy of deficiency and monitoring problems of organizations so funding would not be retracted or put on hold.
. Helped countless organizations develop all aspects of community programs.

Community Involvement: SCORE Volunteer Mentor/Counselor- SCORE is a national volunteer organization that offers business tools and resources to small businesses. In this capacity my specialty is mentoring people in the community who would like to start nonprofits. I volunteer at the San Bernardino Chamber of Commerce office on Mondays by appointment.
Abundant Business Development: A faith based business group. I volunteer for various activities as needed.
