Things are changing again! New laws governing nonprofits make it mandatory to file your annual IRS reports online. This applies if you file the 990N, the 990EZ or the 990 for exempt nonprofits (and 990PF if you are a foundation). This does not apply to religious organizations such as churches or organizations that have exceptions.

But don’t panic! There is a small transition relief phase: For tax years ending before July 31, 2021, the IRS will accept either paper or electronic filing of forms 990 or 990-EZ, for tax years ending July 31, 2021, and later, The 990N is already an “online-only” filing.

Here’s how we can help. We can assist you with your annual filings. If you are already a customer you will get a reminder.

If you are new then welcome! Please fill out our nonprofit questionnaire so we can get to know you and we will contact you right away to start the process of making sure you keep your exemption.
